Hello Everyone

I think all the lent small groups started this week, ours certainly did and we found some of the questions a bit hard! One of the things we talked about though was how being busy, even doing good ‘religious activities’ can be a barrier to our relationship with God. The ‘things’ we do, not only don’t earn us any favour with God they can mask over the need to be honest and vulnerable before him. It is the latter that builds our relationship with Him… As Oswald Chambers once said, “The most important aspect of Christianity is not the work we do, but the relationship we maintain” 

Anyway, I’m hoping for easier questions next time…
