Hello Everyone

Well we are living in interesting times with the continued spread of the Coronavirus… in case you were wondering whether this will affect us meeting as a church community, the Bishop has said he is waiting on government advice but at the moment it is ok for churches to gather.

However because of the coronavirus situation, the Bishop has cancelled his Bible study day that was due to go ahead tomorrow (Saturday). So if you were thinking of going at the last minute, please don’t turn up!

He has also given us some guidelines to follow when we meet, for example, he has asked that we don’t offer wine during communion and just use bread. He also encourages some ‘social distancing’, i.e. try to refrain from touching during any greetings, sharing the peace etc…

I’ll talk more about his guidelines on Sunday…
