At St Mary’s we have a large selection of activities for discipleship and building community.
3Cs – Coffee, Cake & Chat,
10:30am to 12noon each Wednesday morning. A place to meet and chat with those in our community who may be a bit isolated or lonely.
Bell Ringing
Practise is normally Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm. New ringers and those of all abilities are welcome.
Prayer Walking
Every Tuesday from 7:30pm leaving from the church, a group goes round the village praying for God to be known in the village and for His kingdom to come.
Health & Wellbeing
This group meets monthly providing health education and promoting healthy and active lifestyles.
Mother’s Union
Supports Christian family life, by working within communities to bring peace and justice and improving social conditions, especially for women, who in many countries have very few rights. The Mothers’ Union also works in association with other charities by supporting the Daylight Centre in Wellingborough and Baby Basics which runs from Northampton.
Open Church
The church building is open on a Friday morning, 10am – 12noon, for visitors to look around or simply have a quiet time. Refreshments are available.
Prayer
A confidential prayer line is offered for prayer support; a number gather on 3rd Sunday evenings at St. Mary’s to pray for the church & community, and Prayer Ministry is offered on most Sunday mornings.
Small groups
A number of groups meet across the villages and provide an opportunity for fellowship and discipleship.
Tea & Testimony (TNT)
Empowering women with the love of Jesus as they walk through separation and divorce.
