Getting Married?

Getting Married?

Thinking about getting married at St. Mary’s or St. Romwald’s?

Congratulations! If you live within the parish of Wollaston and Strixton, or you have a meaningful connection with the parish then getting married at St. Mary’s or St. Romwald’s should be straightforward and we’d love to host your wedding day. Your first step is to contact the vicar, Revd Adrian Morton, to arrange a meeting where your proposed date can be agreed and the ‘getting married’ process explained to you. The vicar will marry couples where one or both of the partners has been divorced and their past partner is still living.

As well as offering support for planning the wedding day itself, we offer all couples getting married at St. Mary’s a 5-week marriage preparation course. We use ‘The Marriage Preparation course’ by Nicky and Sila Lee.

The Marriage Course

This is a 7-week course that gives married couples an opportunity to invest time in their marriage. The course uses ‘The Marriage Course’ material presented by Nicky & Sila Lee, of Holy Trinity Brompton.

Contact us for details on when the next course will run.
